On-Line Registration for the 38th North American Symposium for Bat Research will take place from 15 June through 15 October 2008. Registration after 15 October will be 22-25 October at the NASBR desk at the 2nd floor lobby of the Hilton Scranton and Conference Center. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 August 2008.

The Symposium Registration fee is $200 for non-students and $150 for students until August 31, 2008. Single day registration fee is $80. Registration after August 31, 2008 is $240. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Requests for cancellation/refund received in writing by mail or email on or before Oct. 7 will be refunded. After Oct. 7, there will be no refunds.

Vendors must register at least one person. Vendor associates who do not register may not participate in any meeting breaks or vote at business meetings. Vendors will be supplied with one table by the symposium, any vendor needs beyond one table will have to be communicated to the local host by August 31, 2008 and subsequently arranged through the conference hotel.

1) You must register at clickandpledge and pay before you are allowed to submit an abstract. At Clickandpledge, move your cursor over “more info” for detailed information.

2) After paying, you will then enter contact information.

3) If registered and paid, you can then submit an abstract here. Click here for Abstract Guidelines. Warning: If you submit an abstract without registering first NASBR will not receive the abstract.

Abstracts are due by August 31, 2008.
