Conference Venue - HILTON FORt COLLINS |
This year NASBR is being hosted at the stylish Hilton Fort Collins, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and only a 20 minute drive from the Horsetooth Mountain range. The hotel is located two miles from Fort Collins' historic Old Town and downtown area and less that half a mile from Colorado State University and Canvas Stadium. Conference Room Rates All rooms are available at a single or double occupancy rate of $179/night (USD) + tax. Triple occupancy rate is $189/night (USD) + tax. Quadruple occupancy rate is $199/night(USD) + tax. Room prices are also subject to a tax rate of 11.04%. Booking a Room Rooms can be booked from (13 - 18 October, 2026), at the conference rate. To book over the phone call (888) 385-6609, mention the “North American Society For Bat Research”, and book within the conference dates (Oct. 14 - 17) to get the conference rate. Online booking link coming soon! Want to Share a Room? Use the Roostmate Finder The Roostmate Finder is a message board used to connect people looking to share a room. Navigate here, and then double-click anywhere to post either that you have a room to share, or that you are looking for a room. This tool is available to all attendees, not just students. Getting to the Hilton Fort Collins: The Hilton Fort Collins is located at 425 West Prospect Road in Fort Collins, just south of the central campus of Colorado State University, an hour north of Denver International Airport, and within one mile of the city center. Find directions to the Hilton through their website. The Hilton is just a ~400 m (just over 1,000 feet) walk from the Fort Collins Transfort MAX Bus Line, located just to the east of the hotel along Prospect Road. The MAX is a free bus service on a north/south route between the Hilton and downtown Fort Collins regularly throughout the day. Airport Shuttle: Groome Transportation offers a shuttle between the Denver International Airport and the Hilton Fort Collins for $55 each way. Alternatively, the new Landline bus service between Denver International Airport and Fort Collins for $29 each way. Landline drops you off at the CSU Transit Center, which would require a 1 mile walk (with luggage) to the Hilton or a bus ride (take the “Horn” bus) or get a Lyft or Uber. Car Rental at the Airport: A wide variety of car rental agencies operate out of Denver International Airport. Parking at the Hilton: As a conference attendee you can take advantage of a discounted daily parking rate of $5. |
