The Teacher Workshop was created in 1995 to provide educators in the host city for NASBR's annual meeting with information and activities about bats and conservation that could be shared with students and educators. We have since expanded this workshop to include education and outreach of all types and renamed the event to the Education and Outreach Workshop. The Education and Outreach Committee works to provide participants with resources, such as workshops, to bring the amazing world of bats into learning arenas. Visit the Education and Outreach website for more information.
