Pre-registration

For those attendees that require a letter of invitation to either avail funds or obtain a visa for Mexico (check visa requirements here) you will need to pre-register for the conference.

Follow these steps for pre-registering:

1. Submit a letter of intent (follow this format) to the pre-registration website
2. Follow the link in pre-registration confirmation email and complete your pre-registration process
3. Sit tight and wait until we process your letter of invitation
